Development history

Using urea produces nitrogen and is subject to enforcement by water quality standards. Years of research have been conducted to address the real-world challenges of increasing global environmental regulations.

I am very pleased to introduce the new product in water as the primary research result, the use of urea is essential for the printing industry in the textile industry. Especially in the printing of cellulose fibers using reactive dyes such as cotton and rayon, dyes cannot be dyed without urea. However, environmental issues caused by the use of urea have been around for a long time, and research in the textile industry for intermittent use of urea-free systems and chemicals is very intermittent.

After years of research, we have found a way to solve the above problems, and launched the following products and started selling them to Samil Vina, Vietnam (HANTEX HS-316 System) in November 2013. This product can be applied for cotton printing and can be used without any elements, but Rayon requires a more powerful product to perform similarly to the existing system. We have improved this to develop and launch new products.

  • HANTEX HS-316> Reactive dye fixation promoter for cotton prints (urea replacement)
  • HANTEX HS-2014> Cotton, Rayon Reactive Dye Fixation Accelerator (Urea Replacement)
  • HANTEX CV-580> Printing Agent for HS-316 System
  • HANTEX RBT-280> Cotton and rayon paste
  • HANTEX U-Free> Cotton, Rayon Applicable element replacement product + Printing material for one component
  • HANTEX U-Free N> Upgrade
