반응성 염료의 면에 대한 반응(염색)은 염료를 염착시키기 위해 많은 량의 망초(SALT)를 사용하지만 이 유기물(개질화제)을 사용하면 대부분이 면 섬유에 결합하고 폐수로 방류되는 환경파괴 물질을 매우 많이 줄일수 있습니다.  솔트프리 다잉(SALT-FREE dyeing)용 전처리제는 면의 화학적 이온성을 변화시켜 종래 반응성 염색에 사용되는 조제들을 사용하지 않고 면섬유에 결합할 수 있도록 하는 면섬유 개질화제입니다. 개질화의 포커는 면섬유의 음이온성 성질을 카치온으로 개질시켜서 음이온의 반응성 염료를 면에 결합시키는 것입니다. 개질화 및 개질화를 이용한 염색법은 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있고, 최근들어 면 반응성 염색 분야에서 환경부하를 줄이기 위한 다양한 방법중 가장 강력한 방법으로 부각되고 있는 추세입니다. 당사는 이런 흐름에 부응하는 고객사의 애로를 해결하기 위해 많은 연구를 거쳐 새로운 면-반응성 염색용 개질화제를 출시하게 되었습니다.

(Usage)
It is used for modifying (etherifying) starch, cellulose and related compounds, then these products changed to be cationic materials. In alkaline conditions, HANISOL SFD-100can react with hydroxyl of the material molecule. As HANISOL SFD-100is cationic product, so the material is cationic after reacting with HANISOL SFD-100. With cations, properties of adhesion, affinity to anionic substance, solubility of water –insoluble substances and solubility of water-insoluble will be obviously improved.

Applications details as below:

1) Paper industry: It is mainly used as a liquid cationic etherification agent and massively used in cellulose, cellulose derivatives and starch transformation. When reacting with starch, it can produce cationic starch, which can be used as paper internal binder, paper reinforcer, and packing and fine cellulose interception auxiliaries

2) Textile industry: Liquid cationic etherification agent HANISOL SFD-100 reacts with cotton fibers and thus improve the bonding of the dye; and produces cationic starch when reacting with starch, which can be used as warp sizing agent.

3) Commodity chemical industry: Cationic guar generated when reacting with liquid cationic etherification agent HANISOL SFD-100 and other substances are important daily chemicals.
