◎General Description

HANTEX EM-615HT reactive dyestuff printing thickener is a kind of multiple carboxyl polymer, ideal for fabrics requiring ultra soft hand feel like in viscose or pure cotton fabrics or high-count, high-density non-elastic home textile fabrics.

◎ Technical Data

  • Appearance: Light yellow viscous paste
  • Composition: High molecular acrylic polymers
  • Solid Content: 72±2%
  • Ionic Property: Anionic
  • PH Value: 6-7

◎ Application

1.Stock preparation procedure.
Soft water (or tap water) → Resist Salt → Urea →  sodium hexametaphosphate (in case of hard water) → sodium bicarbonate → stir for 5mins for complete dissolution → HANTEX EM-615HT → add water and stir for 30mins → ready stock paste.

  • Remark:If conditions allow, better keep stock paste for 6-8 hours for the best swelling result.

Remarks:

  • Dosage of stock paste is adjustable subject to dosage of dyestuff and printing machine.
  • Dosage of urea is subject to the type of fabrics and printing processes.
  • Overall dosage of EM-615HT is 3-4% in rotary screen printing machine and 4-5% on flatbed printing machine.

4.Washing processes:

  • Cold water wash with 1g/L glacial acetic acid for removal of printing paste residuals.
  • Hot water Wash with 2g/L anti-staining soaping agent under 80-100℃
  • Cold water wash

60KG or 130 KG net in plastic drum

◎ Storage

Keep in cool, ventilated place.

◎ Notes

The product is environmental friendly product, and is not subject to IATA DGR. Please follow the general rules and regulations for common chemicals during transportation and storage. When the temperature getting cold, thickener would become thicker, but would not affect printing performance.
