[Product features]
- Strong sequestering effect to calcium, magnesium and iron ions.
- Excellent stability and dispersibility.
- Suitable for general process of printing and dyeing.
- Prevents broken holes due to oxidization in pretreatment and obviously improves scouring performance and whiteness and avoids precipitation in equipment.
- Improves soaping performance to unfixed dyes in soaping after dyeing.
[Application]
- Dissolve sequestering powder in the tap water by stirring it and can be diluted 4-6 times.
- Pale transparent liquid can be showed and filtration by 100 mesh nylon filter after dissolution..
Scouring: 2-4g/L
Bleaching: 1-3g/L
Soaping: 1-2g/L
Notice: In dissolution will have foam, add sequestering powder slowly and then stirring it regularly.
[Packaging and storage]
25 kg/bag, keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
